Cam earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Rhode Island and holds an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from the University of Connecticut. Cam's clinical expertise encompasses both post-operative and conservative physical therapy for active and athletic adults aiming to return to high-level activities or sports, or to enhance their performance. Having firsthand experience with the limitations that traditional in-network physical therapy imposes on clients with acute and chronic issues, Cam uses various treatment techniques to optimize the results for all of his clients. An enthusiast of food, coffee, and football (he firmly believes every season is football season), Cam enjoys staying active through his own training regimen and spending time with his wife, Cora. He is excited to engage with the local community while helping his clients reach their rehab, training, and performance goals.

While at Westfield State, Connor competed on the varsity baseball team. After being sidelined by sports-related injuries, he developed a deeper interest in physical therapy and strength training. His experience as both an athlete and a patient gives him a unique perspective on the rehabilitation process, allowing him to empathize with clients while designing individualized, performance-driven programs tailored to their specific needs.

Connor values building strong, trusting relationships and takes pride in helping clients progress confidently back to the activities and sports they love. He is dedicated to providing one-on-one care and integrates manual therapy, strength and conditioning principles, and Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) techniques—both manual and non-manual—into his clinical approach.

Outside the clinic, Connor enjoys lifting weights, training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, playing golf, snowboarding, traveling, and spending time with his wife, Nicole.

Additionally, he is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, bringing a wealth of expertise to his clients.

Since earning his degree, Garrett has pursued further studies in Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) methods, biomechanics, and strength training principles to effectively help clients achieve their exercise and lifestyle goals. He firmly believes that movement—and moving well—is essential to a high quality of life.

Garrett specializes in working with clients experiencing chronic pain or dysfunction that hasn't responded to traditional treatment methods. Having firsthand experience within the traditional physical therapy model, he understands the limitations clients often face when time with clinicians is restricted. At Divergence, Garrett values the opportunity to dedicate an hour to each client, building customized care and exercise programs that enable clients to return to their activities without pain and with enhanced movement capacity.

A devoted 49ers and Warriors fan, Garrett enjoys exploring New England's craft beer scene and attending continuing education courses to connect with like-minded clinicians. In his free time, he embraces the outdoors, walking his goldendoodle and cherishing life with his wife, Kaitlyn, and their two kids.

At Divergence, Gavin provides individualized, one-on-one guidance integrating manual therapy, strength and conditioning principles, and techniques from the Postural Restoration Institute. Many clients work with him long term, focusing on continued strength development and performance in the weight room, on the golf course, on the tennis court, and in the demands of everyday life.

His experience as a former patient helps him appreciate the value of dedicated one-on-one time with each client.

Glenn incorporates various manual therapy techniques, tailored strength and conditioning programs, and concepts from the Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) into his practice to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and long-term performance.

A native of Long Island, Glenn loves a good cup of coffee and a fresh Sicilian slice. He's a regular podcast listener and is always on the hunt for the next binge-worthy mini-series. Outside of work, Glenn enjoys spending time with his Fiancee, Stephanie, training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and playing golf with friends.

While playing baseball at Springfield, Mike was introduced to the Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) to enhance his health and performance as a pitcher. This experience profoundly shaped and inspired his career in physical therapy. Mike specializes in guiding current and former athletes from complex pain toward high-performing levels of activity. He often finds that traditional physical therapy and personal training approaches aren't sufficient. Mike continues to blend PRI techniques with muscle-building (hypertrophy) principles to help clients reach their full potential.

Mike believes in carrying the authenticity that Divergence PT promotes into all aspects of his life. He prioritizes sustainable food sources, enjoys connecting with like-minded practitioners, and appreciates the artistry of a well-crafted Double IPA from local brewers. In his free time, Mike enjoys lifting weights, playing baseball, and spending time with his wife, Erin, their two kids, and their golden retriever Briggs.

Sean earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Emmanuel College, his Master’s degree in Sports Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning from Hofstra University, and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Creighton University. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Certified Performance and Sport Scientist (CPSS). He enjoys working with active individuals who want to get out of pain, rebuild capacity, and return to what they love with more confidence. Tyler received his undergraduate degree and Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Springfield College where he also won several NCAA championships with the men's volleyball team.

Tyler has experience working with a variety of orthopedic conditions in people of all ages. He uses an integrated approach with strength and conditioning to empower his patients to regain control of their lives after living with chronic pain. He also has experience working with athletes of all levels in both rehabilitation and performance.

Outside the clinic, Tyler is passionate about drinking cold brew from local coffee shops, grilling and smoking meats, and spending time with his wife, dog, and two kids.

His journey into physical therapy began on the football field, where an early interest in performance training sparked a lifelong passion for health and movement. Over the years, Wyatt has transformed that passion into a career centered around helping others live to their fullest potential—moving better, feeling stronger, and thriving longer.

Wyatt enjoys working with clients across all ages and ability levels, with a mission to challenge age-related stereotypes and empower people to build strength, confidence, and long-term physical capacity. Known for his energetic and progressive training style, he encourages clients to train with purpose, lift appropriately heavy, and safely challenge their perceived limits. He believes that intelligently applied strength training is one of the most powerful tools in preventive medicine, bone health, and long-term wellness.

He is SFMA certified, trained in blood flow restriction therapy, and integrates Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) principles into his care to address movement patterns, biomechanics, and the whole person—not just isolated symptoms. Wyatt's approach emphasizes individualized loading, appropriate intensity, and sustainable progress tailored to each client's goals.

Outside of the clinic, Wyatt enjoys training hard, reading, watching action movies, and spending quality time with his family. He is happily married to his wife, Alexus, and is a proud father. Family time, adventure, and seeing the world through his son's eyes are some of his greatest joys.

Sam earned his Bachelor of Science from Quinnipiac University and Master of Science in Strength and Conditioning from Springfield College. He is a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

Outside of Divergence, you'll find him cooking, gardening, exploring craft breweries, and spending time with his wife Hilary and daughter Hope across New England—from Vermont to the Cape to coastal Maine.
