Meet The Team
Dr. Mike DeMille - CLINIC OWNER
DPT, CSCS, PRC
Mike DeMille received his Doctor of Physical Therapy at Springfield College. He is Postural Restoration Certified, and is also a Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS). Mike’s main goal is to help his clients achieve their pain and exercise related goals.
While playing baseball at Springfield, Mike was introduced to the Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) to improve his health and performance as a pitcher. It was this introduction that shaped and inspired Mike’s career in Physical Therapy.
Mike specializes in taking current and former athletes from a state of complex pain to high performing levels of activity. Oftentimes the “traditional” form PT and Personal Training is not enough. Mike continues to blend PRI along with the principles of building muscle (hypertrophy) to help his clients reach their full potential.
Mike believes in taking the authenticity that Divergence PT strives to create into all aspects of his life. Whether it’s finding food from a sustainable source, spending time with other integrated practitioners of a similar mindset, or finding the best Double IPA from a local artisan brewer. In his free time, Mike enjoys lifting weights, playing baseball and spending time with his fiancé, Erin. Mike is a proud member of the Ravenclaw house.
Dr. Connor Sheridan
Connor Sheridan received his Doctor of Physical Therapy at the American International College in Springfield and received his undergraduate in Sports Medicine from Westfield University. Connor enjoys working with people of all ages and activity levels who are passionate about achieving their goals.
While at Westfield, Connor played on the varsity baseball team and after being sidelined due to sports related injuries, he became more interested in PT and strength training. Because he spent a lot of time in physical therapy as a patient, he knows what it’s like to be in the shoes of an injured athlete. He values building relationships with his athletes and takes pride in seeing them improve and make their way back to the field, court, etc.
Being able to work one-on-one with his athletes is important to Connor and he likes to utilize a mix of manual therapy techniques, strength and conditioning principles, and Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) concepts into his clinical practice.
In his free time, Connor can be found lifting weights, practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, snowboarding, and spending time with his friends, family and girlfriend, Nicole. Connor is looking forward to traveling more in the future to attend various PRI courses and for vacations. Connor is a proud member of the Ravenclaw house.
Dr. Garrett Labberton
Garrett Labberton received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Columbia University and studied Kinesiology at the University of San Francisco. He is also a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist.
Since earning his degree, Garrett has continued his studies of PRI, as well as biomechanics and strength training concepts in order to effectively help his clients achieve their exercise and lifestyle goals. Garrett believes that moving and moving well is an integral component to a high quality of life.
Garrett specializes in treating clients who complain of long-term pain or dysfunction who have not responded to traditional methods. Having worked in the Traditional PT model prior to joining Divergence, Garrett understands the challenges that clients face with dealing with busy clinicians who have a limited time for their patients. Garrett values being able to spend an hour with his clients, building individualized plans of care, exercise programs, and enabling them to return to their chosen activities without pain and with a greater capacity for movement.
Garrett is a proud 49ers and Warriors fan who enjoys traveling and exploring New England’s craft beer scene. He looks forward to attending PRI courses and spending time with like-minded clinicians. In his free time, Garrett enjoys spending time outdoors walking his goldendoodle puppy and embracing suburban life with his wife, Kaitlyn, and their newborn son. Garrett is a proud member of the Slytherin house.
Dr. Cam Macdonald
Cam Macdonald received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Rhode Island and his undergraduate in Kinesiology from the University of Connecticut. Cam is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach who is passionate about helping clients get back to the activities they love.
Cam’s clinical interests include both post-operative and conservative PT for active and athletic adults who are trying to return to high-level activities or sports, or want to enhance their performance. Having experienced first-hand the constraints that traditional in-network physical therapy places on clients dealing with acute and chronic issues, Cam uses a variety of treatment techniques that are designed to fully meet the unique needs of each client.
Cam is a fan of all things related to food, coffee, and football (he is a firm believer that every season is football season). In his free time, Cam enjoys staying active with his own training regiment and spending time with his girlfriend, Cora. Cam is excited to continue to grow as a clinician while connecting with the local community. Although not originally a Harry Potter fan, Cam is now a proud member of house Hufflepuff.
