Meet The Team

Dr. Connor Sheridan
Wellesley
Connor Sheridan received his Doctor of Physical Therapy at the American International College in Springfield and received his undergraduate in Sports Medicine from Westfield University. Connor enjoys working with people of all ages and activity levels who are passionate about achieving their goals.
While at Westfield, Connor played on the varsity baseball team and after being sidelined due to sports related injuries, he became more interested in PT and strength training. Because he spent a lot of time in physical therapy as a patient, he knows what it’s like to be in the shoes of an injured athlete. He values building relationships with his athletes and takes pride in seeing them improve and make their way back to the field, court, etc.
Being able to work one-on-one with his athletes is important to Connor and he likes to utilize a mix of manual therapy techniques, strength and conditioning principles, and Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) concepts into his clinical practice.
In his free time, Connor can be found lifting weights, practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, snowboarding, and spending time with his friends, family and girlfriend, Nicole. Connor is looking forward to traveling more in the future to attend various PRI courses and for vacations. Connor is a proud member of the Ravenclaw house.

Dr. Mike DeMille - CLINIC OWNER
Mike DeMille received his Doctor of Physical Therapy at Springfield College. He is Postural Restoration Certified, and is also a Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS). Mike’s main goal is to help his clients achieve their pain and exercise related goals.
While playing baseball at Springfield, Mike was introduced to the Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) to improve his health and performance as a pitcher. It was this introduction that shaped and inspired Mike’s career in Physical Therapy.

Mike believes in taking the authenticity that Divergence PT strives to create into all aspects of his life. Whether it’s finding food from a sustainable source, spending time with other integrated practitioners of a similar mindset, or finding the best Double IPA from a local artisan brewer. In his free time, Mike enjoys lifting weights, playing baseball and spending time with his Wife, Erin. Mike is a proud member of the Ravenclaw house.
